The Challenge

Miracle Air flies daily scheduled routes across East Africa's safari circuit — dozens of bush airstrips from Arusha to Seronera to Zanzibar. Travellers needed to search real routes and dates, on a site that also had to sell a feeling: that this was luxury air travel, not a shuttle between airfields.

The Process

We placed a real from-to-date flight search at the centre of the homepage, drawn from Miracle's full network of airports and airstrips, so planning starts on the very first screen.

Around it, the design leans into the promise — this is not a transfer, it is a masterclass in luxury flight — with imagery and pacing that frame every hop as part of the journey rather than mere logistics.

Merit built a site where a genuinely functional route-and-date search sits inside a premium experience. Travellers can plan a real itinerary across dozens of airfields in seconds, while the brand language — luxury flight, not mere transfer — reframes each leg as part of the adventure. The result books flights and sells the feeling of arriving in style.
