The Challenge
Reimagining Travel sells handcrafted journeys across six continents - the kind of trip a specialist normally shapes over a phone call. But the brand also promised effortless real-time booking. The site had to hold both at once: the unhurried, concierge feel of bespoke luxury travel, and the immediacy of live flights, live rates and live entry requirements - without the transactional machinery cheapening the romance.
The Process
We built the site around travel styles rather than destinations - safari, beach, wellness, cultural, romance - so a visitor arrives in the mood they are travelling for and narrows from there.
Restraint does the rest: a cream, gold and forest-green editorial palette keeps the luxury quiet, so the Bespoke Journey Builder and the live flight search read as service rather than sales.
